All over the scrapbooking blogs etc I keep seeing stuff about new year reflections and resolutions etc. I don't do new year resolutions and the turn of the calendar year never really seems to be an ending or beginning for me in any area of my life. So I scrapped a page with a different twist on the theme - a New year of Marriage. These photos were taken on our 2012 wedding anniversary, and the focus is on happy thoughts for my marriage and about my husband, embracing the good and forgiving the bad.
I used Courtney's Digiscrappin' s new kit called Past Reflections as I really like the fabulous arty photo masks in it. I'll be writing a tutorial on using arty photo masks in Craft Artist once the kids go back to school, it's so easy to do.
If you are looking for new year resolutions inspirations then you might want to check out the afsc blog, their sponsor this month is offering some absolutely gorgeous ribbons to the challenge winner.

Angela - always a pleasure to have you play along at Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge! This is a very beautiful layout, and I love your sentiment! The photos are so lovely with that rich purple background and your titling is so lovely.
I didn't know you had a tutorial blog - I have plugged it in this upcoming Friday's "fave fridays" spot. More people should know about it. If you would ever like to do a tutorial for us, let me know. We run them on the 22nd when we have one - we haven't had one for a while.
Hope to see you again soon!!
